HP printers always show"Initializing" problems

The main reason for this problem is that the printer's memory is full；

We need to clear the internal cache data of the machine first as follows:

1.Turn off the power first, then open the upper cover,Take out the toner cartridge, close the cover, turn on the power;

2.Press the direction button ( left or right) to find "Fax Functions" and press the OK button,

（Step 1）

3.Press the direction button again to find "Clear Saved Faxes" and press the OK button to clear it；

（Step 2）

4.Now let's go back to the main interface to restore factory settings;Press the direction button to find "Service" and press the OK button,

（Step 3）

5.Press the direction button again to find "Restore Defaults" and press OK to restore

（Step 4）

6.We reinstall the toner cartridge and close the lid,Wait for the machine to complete the self-test;Now the machine shows "Ready"

The printer is back to normal and ready to use.

（Step 5）

If the machine reports an error repeatedly,We need to replace the printer's motherboard;

This problem has a certain relationship with the using time and the aging of the machine.
