Installed Ricoh 2503 compatible new chip in the cartridge full with powder, on Ricoh MPC2011 copier still prompted“Yellow toner has been used up”?

Customer feedback after installed Ricoh 2503 new compatible chip into the cartridge which filled with powder,

When use on Ricoh MPC2011 Copier,It still indicates the error“Yellow toner has been used up”

This is because the machine can not be normally filler with the powder,

The toner in the cartridge can not enter the developing chamber,

When the amount of toner in the developing bin is low, the machine will say “Toner used up”

Ricoh,2503 compatible new chip,Developer Chamber,Powder Inlet

（Step 1）

The solution is as follows:

1.First we can remove the toner and drum Check if the toner box outlet and drum powder inlet is blocked

2. Shake the toner again to make it fluffy When it's a little more liquid, put it back in the cartridge

（Step 4）

3. We can go into maintenance mode ,Perform one or two forced charging operations;First, press the reset button on the panel, then press "806182"Press the“C” button for another 5 seconds;
This will take you to the“SP Mode” maintenance interface,Select the "system SP " entry and enter the interface,On the control panel, press the button for“3050#"
On the left, you can choose“3 = K,”“4 = C,”“5 = m,”“6 = y,”We got a“Y” error, so we're going with the suffix“6.”;
Click“EXECUTE” to perform“Forced powder once”When Completed, a dialog box will pop up showing“Completed” and the powder will be added successfully,Click“Exit” to exit

4. After 1-2 times, if the problem still can not be solved,Then we should consider whether the hardware is corrupted
We can try replacing a toner It is also possible that the mixing rod inside the powder pump is damaged,Then, we need to replace a powder pump
