How to solve the problem when Ricoh C2011 copier prints documents,The machine prompt error message "SC541-02"?

“SC541-00/01/02/03" this group error codes all are caused by fuser unit malfunction

First, we can try to reset the machine,The method is as below:

1.First we enter "maintenance mode"and press the "Reset" button on the machine control screen,

then press number "806182",The keep pressing "C" button for 5 seconds
The machine will enter "maintenance mode" surface

（Step 1）

2.After entering "maintenance mode" surface,Click "system SP" option,Entering "SP mode" surface

（Step 2）

3.Input "5810#" again on the control panel,After this, please enter "SC Reset" surface

（Step 3）

4.After enter "SC Reset" surface, plase click "EXECUTE" button on the screen,

It will appear "Completed" dialog box after execution, it means the machine is resetted successfully

（Step 4）

If the problem cannot be solved,then we need to judge according to the error code,

it is because of the thermister problem or the safety resistor problem in the fuser unit.

then replace the corresponding parts to solve the problem!
