The solution for the error code SC-362_03 reported by the Ricoh MP C2011 copier after replacing the developer

and the reason of machine reports the error code "“SC-362_03"
Basically the developer was not initialized after replacing the developer

The suffix "03" means magenta color, and the code number can be compared as shown in the figure

（Step 1）

Let's try to initialize the developer first.Let's see if the problem been solved, the method is as follows:

1.First, enter the "maintenance mode"Press the "Reset" button on the machine operation panel, then press "806182"
Press and hold the "C" key for 5 seconds to enter the "maintenance mode" interface

（Step 2）

2.After entering the "Maintenance Mode" interface, click to select "system SP"
Enter the "SP mode" interface and press the key again on the operation panel to enter "3030 #"

（Step 3）

3.Click "EXECUTE" after execution is complete
A dialog box will pop up displaying 'Completed', indicating that the execution is complete,Click "Exit" to exit

（Step 4）

Finally, we shut down and restart,Try printing a test page again to see if there is no error code prompt
Printed successfully. The machine shows OK,Now this machine problem has been solved
